Localization: Completed Arabic Localization

Sliem requested to merge Sliem/vlc-ios:ArabicLocalization into master

This merge solves the issue of missing Arabic translations. Some fields and options remained in English although the main language turned is set to Arabic.

Merge Details:

  • adds all the lacking Arabic translations which improves UX for arabic users
  • Closes issue #1798 (closed).
