TVPlaybackInformationViews: Improve theme

This merge request brings improvements to the theme used in the several playback information views of the TV player.

Just like on the iOS version, the player's views now follow the dark color palettes, no matter the current theme of the device.

This merge request includes changes to:

• The collection view cells when they are highlighted, the text color now remains the same but the font size increases in order to notify the user of the current selected cell.
• The collection view's title text color to adjust to the changes.
• The tab bar theme, and the background of the current option that is displayed.
• The theme updates for the Chapters, the Tracks, the Playback Options and the Media Information views.
