VideoPlayerViewController: Improve aspect ratio options

This merge request brings an improvement to the aspect ratio options with:

• The addition of a long gesture recognizer to the aspect ratio button, it now displays an action sheet listing all the ratios.
• The user that is now able to select a specific ratio without having to toggle the button multiple times.
• New aspect ratios that have also been added to the list to match the ones available on Android.
