PlaybackSpeed: Hide the playback shortcut by default

This merge request brings an update to the playback speed shortcut:

  • The playback speed shortcut of the Audio Player is now hidden by default.
  • An option has been added to the playback speed view in order to enable it.

This merge request also adds missing accessibility hints to the options located in the MediaPlayerActionSheet.

No visual changes were made to the view besides the addition of a label and a switch to trigger the option:
