Pods: update VLCKit to 3.6.0b6

This seems like a trivial change, but has the potential to break things. First, it includes a revised version the UPnP heating busy loop, but what's more dangerous is the event manager backported from VLCKitv4 that is now working correctly, so previously undefined behavior that "just worked" might break.
