VLCMetadata: update API use to create MPMediaItemArtwork

Felix Paul Kühne requested to merge fkuehne/vlc-ios:metadata-update into master

This prevents debug messages from iOS on 15.x regarding HEIC and is probably cleaner. Another benefit is at least not obvious.
