VLC does not list all media

The media library does only seem to list media it can parse making it impossible to interact with or remove media from VLC's container that fails to be be parsed.

This appears to be more frequently to happen when synchronizing media using iTunes, but this could be a false correlation.

This issue is not related to #905 (closed) as the problem prevails even when restarting the app or forcing a re-indexing of the media library.

Labelled as a regression as the problem did not exist with the legacy MediaLibraryKit.
