Update documentation with new UI

The previous documentation on the wiki is well received and quite popular. However, VLC's UI changed quite a bit since 2016 (?), so at least the screenshots should be updated.

Hello, I understand that the team may have more important features to prioritize, but could you please consider addressing this matter now? It's been nearly four years, and I've noticed that the wiki is somewhat outdated, particularly in the iOS documentation section:

This was recently done, the ticket just wasn't updated: https://docs.videolan.me/vlc-user/ios/3.X/en/index.html

We will officially release this along with the 3.5.0 update but at this new place. The old page will be redirected accordingly.
