Add support for HTTP Basic Auth for downloads

When streaming HTTP content in VLC, it will automatically ask for login credentials as needed. However, when using the downloader within VLC, it won't and simply fails with a 401. Adding HTTP basic auth support the downloader would solve the issue and allow downloads of media via http/s from servers protected with username and password.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
