SETTINGS_RESET_TITLE is bugged.

This is very strange but I have been seeing the SETTINGS_RESET_TITLE instead of the key, i.e. Reset settings in the public version of the VLC (from appstore) and developer build too. I have checked the localisation file and I have found that SETTINGS_RESET_TITLE was properly defined but yet it's not reading its value, not sure why. I tried to work around in SettingsSection.swift and was able to fix this. Will be creating a PR to discuss it further.
