Add option to hide playback UI on loop on Apple TV

When using the Apple TV port in a gallery or for advertisement display, we want to show the raw videos only without overlaid playback controls. We should have an option to enable that mode or maybe do so by default even.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
