Request to add support for new iPadOS 16 multi display mode.

IPadOS 16 now brings native support for multiple displays over USB C. This external display can be used as an ADDITIONAL display or a mirrored display. Support should be added for VLC to play on one screen, without affecting the other. For example, watch a video on the external screen, while being able to use safari on the iPad screen. VLC currently does not support this. This would be a great enhancement to fully utilize iOS 16s newest features.
