[feature] Let Siri access VLC

Hi,

If you ask "Play music on VLC" with Siri, you get the following response:

Sorry, VLC hasn't added support for that with Siri.

My guess is that SiriKit needs to be used for that (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/sirikit).

My usecase is asking homepod mini to play something I have in VLC without having to touch my phone, because I can't at the moment.

It would be nice to have that interaction working, but I have no idea of the complexity nor effort required to have that working, though.
