UiRefactor: removing benchmark dialog

This refactor is to remove the different dialogs that appear in the benchmark flow, and replace them with a stepper-like component. All the previous benchmark flow that used dialogs is now encassed into this stepper component, file check / download, benchmark, and result upload.
