Android Auto: Add menu icons

Description

Add existing Android Auto SVG icons in repository as drawable resources. Update uris to use template variables to reference resources.

Motivation and Context

Icons are missing from Android Auto menu.

How Has This Been Tested?

Icons appear as expected, no unusual behavior observed.
