Sanitize apk name

Nicolas Pomepuy requested to merge Aza/vlc-android:sanitize_apk into master

Changes the name of the generated apk:

Before: VLC-Android-3.3.0 Beta 4-armv7.apk

After: VLC-Android-3.3.0-Beta-7-debug-armv7.apk or VLC-Android-3.3.0-Beta-7-armv7.apk in release
