Save and restore DVD title and chapter in playback

Start of fix for #1160 (closed)

Now the DVD title and chapter are restored. However the last position is not. Adding --start-time to vlc doesn't seem to have any effect. It's a core issue: see https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/14748
