Change TV Colors

Description

Change the TV theme.

This is a WIP: feel free to discuss it and say you don't like it!

Motivation and Context

The colors were too bright and were colors never used anywhere else in the app.

LGTM. My only remark is about main screen. Background + cardviews title background still look depressive. No idea how to make it more warm yet still good looking.

The problem with warm / bright colors is that you quickly have too much brightness on a big TV screen. That's why almost all the TV apps have a dark background.

Slightly lighter cards then?
