Update Finnish (fi) l10n

Updated Finnish (fi) l10n, including:

• typofixes (repeat, server_folder_hint, feedback_forum, rename_media, rename_group, donate_subscribtion, ...)
• overall sanity fixes (all over the place, e.g. sortby_number; plurals for mediafiles_quantity, videos_quantity, movies_quantity & tvshow_quantity;)
• normalized the translations for the words Bitrate (Bittinopeus) , Streaming (Suoratoisto), Server (Palvelin)
• fixed the name of the Android Auto app/initiative (android_auto), the "Auto" refers to "automobiles" rather than "automatic" here
• UI fluency fix for the TV UI (browsing)
• added the new strings just added yesterday (23 November) and today to the source (English) strings.xml file (allow_storage_manager_title, allow_storage_manager_description, allow_storage_manager_explanation, partial_content, partial_content_description, never_ask_again)

Sorry for not using the translation platform, I feel that using those is both too time-consuming and it doesn't quite encourage dogfooding either. Regardless, I hope that this is still okay.
