Replace "conveniency" with "convenience"

Description

This seemed like a typo to me, but both Collins and Merriam-Webster dictionaries list this as an obsolete or archaic word for "convenience".

Motivation and Context

I don't see why we shouldn't use the modern form of this word. It doesn't solve any problems except the occasional "huh" by users who happen to run into it in its current form.

How Has This Been Tested?

It has not. This is just a string change.
