CI: Keep Nightly artifacts longer, publish MR artifacts

  • Keeps Nightly artifacts for 1 month
  • Publishes and keeps artifacts from MRs and the master branch for 3 days.

This MR is motivated by quicker regression testing possibilities. 3 days should provide sufficient time to compare master builds to MR builds.
