add option to remember track playback position

There should really be an option to remember my last track and playback position when I open the app. Other players (like Poweramp) have this as the default behaviour.

Background: I'm listening to audiobooks with long chapters, and every time I open the app I need to find my position again.

Other than that, VLC on Android is now perfect. Thanks for your great work!
