Playback speed not saved for videos

• Select the "Save Playback Speed" setting. (Under "Interface" extra settings.)
• Play video A.
• Change Playback speed to 2.
• Exit the video before the end.
• Play video B. Note that the playback speed is 2.0, so I guess the "Save Playback Speed" setting works.
• Play the video to the end.
• Now play video A. This resumes play at where it was interrupted earlier, but the playback speed is reset to 1.

In code, this option seems to only apply for audio. In settings, this is not explained.

This, 'Interface' is a weird place for a playback setting.
