MedialibraryFolders: banning an smb folder won't work
Description
Banning an directory from a medialibrary smb entry point doesn't work. The issue is that in banFolder / unbanFolder in MedialibraryImpl.java, it checks for the existence of the directory using a path without protocol, meaning that the directory won't exist.
Steps to reproduce
- Add an smb share to the medialibrary folders
- Once selected, ban one of it's children, it will fail
