Feature Request: Expose MusicBrainz Recording ID

It would be nice if VLC could read MusicBrainz Recording IDs from audio files so they can be passed to Simple Scrobbler.

Description

VLC is already broadcasting information about the file being played. Simple Scrobbler uses this information to scrobble listens to Last.fm, Libre.fm and ListenBrainz.

ListenBrainz uses the recording MBID to display a link to the recording on MusicBrainz. Simple Scrobbler already supports receiving MBIDs. Unfortunately, it seems that VLC does not broadcast them.

Expected behavior

When an audio file is played, VLC should broadcast its MusicBrainz recording ID (if available), along with the information it already broadcasts.
