This tag isn't a proper release, but a better tag than 1.1.6 for creating packages
for people building from source, like many source packagers.

It notably fixes libnotify, pulse and lirc compilation
It also incorporates a better KDE fix

issue.

This is a minor release, focused on bugfixing issues, notably:
 - fix NULL dereferences in taglib module (CVE-2010-2937)
 - fixes in FTP, podcast and DVD access and demuxers modules
