Parser: Remove stats assertion

Hugo Beauzée-Luyssen requested to merge chouquette/medialibrary:remove_parser_stats_assert into master

This only ever caught false positive, and won't be accurate until we can interrupt a task before resetting the stats.

It would also mean blocking after flushing, which is not something I feel confident doing in a stable branch.
