Database model must be updated as part of migration transactions

    Most upgrades are opening their own transaction, meaning that a failure during any upgrade would cause the migration to re-run, since the version wouldn't be upgraded in database.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
