This will soon be used for the subscriptions but will also be useful
when showepisode/movie are merged back into media

The size is already marked as unsigned in the database, and we never
leverage a negative size for anything

In order to avoid duplicating the entire block for a 4.0 configuration

This will allow us to aggregate more than a single configuration

The main wait condition waits for 10 minutes so let the test run at
least that amount of time (plus 30seconds for good measures)

This will clarify if the test hangs or progresses

This should give a chance to the sanitizer to report whatever issue they
might have seen while they won't display a summary if the program
crashes first

For some reason the gitlab setting went away and needs to be put in the
CI yaml file now

This will allow us to get a stacktrace if they timeout
