Cannot play .pls, .m3u audio streams

This C++ wrapper is great and it works for local files and mp3 network streams. But when I try to play playlist streams it starts to hang. Example URL: http://yp.shoutcast.com/sbin/tunein-station.pls?id=1826116 This URL works without problems in the main VLC app.

Windows 10 x64 VLC 3.0.6
