vulkan/context: sync requested features with ffmpeg

Over time, the set of requested Vulkan features has diverged from the list in ffmpeg (hwcontext_vulkan). How much this ever really matters is hard to say, based on driver behaviour, but it definitely makes it hard to compare Vulkan validation results between the two implementations.
