vulkan/swapchain: disable VK_COLOR_SPACE_PASS_THROUGH_EXT

VK_COLOR_SPACE_PASS_THROUGH_EXT's behavior is not defined clearly unless on color-managed Wayland compositors. So just disable it to avoid confusion.
