tone_mapping: add pl_tone_map_quadratic
Tends to preserve detail better than spline, at the cost of losing contrast (and especially brightness, for very dark scenes). Hit or miss.

Not really happy with this, it doesn't add anything of significant value compared to a modified spline
function.
