Completely refactor ICC profiles / 3DLUTs

TODO:

  • investigate strange brightness boost on my main CLUT profile
  • fix icc_params not invalidating ICC profile cache
  • possibly refactor the way these params are handled? (should intent be duplicated here at all? should this be merged with pl_color_map_params?)
