Glad changes have broken libplacebo on android
On android I build using sfan's mpv-android repo using the PR I have there. I haven't yet updated it for the changes made yet since gles is currently broken. this has been located down to the glad changes.
two other testers have reported the exact same issue when using GLES
I can get logcat files in a few hours if necessary
