Remove obsolete MSVC project files

robxnano/libdvdread:remove-msvc into master

The project files are all extremely out of date and also obsolete as the current Visual Studio can't even import them any more. The other files are no longer used with the current build system. Tested with MinGW on Linux, and MSYS2 and MSVC on Windows.
