Add DVD Audio support

This patch adds support for DVD-Audio playback and integrates optional CPXM handling, if the necessary header from my fork of libdvdcss is present. CPXM integration requires splitting the dvdcss struct initialization into two stages: before and after disc access, due to reliance on opening the MKB file.

Basic CPRM support is included for Windows, though it remains untested due to lack of test material. CPRM is unlikely to be used for DVD-Audio but was added because of its inclusion in the libdvdcpxm library
