build: Fix -version-info and -export-symbols-regex typos.

This patch fixes installation when using slibtool (https://dev.midipix.org/cross/slibtool) instead of GNU libtool. The original downstream report is here.

This is a forward of a simple patch from orbea who is unable to sign up to the 2FA requirement.
