    + Imported libdvdcss's bootstrap script (handles multiple automake
      installations).
  * Makefile.am:
    + Split SUBDIRS into SUBDIRS and DIST_SUBDIRS.
  * README:
    + Merged INSTALL into README.
    + Fixed a couple of URLs.

* libdts/dts_internal.h: fixed array size for high freq VQ.
