configure.ac: Add -lpthread to .pc file if needed

Hugo Beauzée-Luyssen requested to merge chouquette/libbluray:fix_pc_file into master

This fixes potential linking error from downstream users:

/usr/bin/ld: /home/chouquette/dev/vlc-3.0/contrib/x86_64-linux-gnu/lib/libbluray.a(libbluray_la-mutex.o): in function `_mutex_init':
/home/chouquette/dev/vlc-3.0/contrib/native/bluray/src/util/mutex.c:77: undefined reference to `pthread_mutexattr_init'
/usr/bin/ld: /home/chouquette/dev/vlc-3.0/contrib/native/bluray/src/util/mutex.c:78: undefined reference to `pthread_mutexattr_settype'
