libbluray 1.3.1 build on Windows failing

I can execute the build perfectly until the compilation step, where I get this error: [javac] C:\cygwin64\home\trevo\libbluray-1.3.1\src\libbluray\bdj\java-j2se\java\io\BDFileSystemImpl.java:21: error: BDFileSystemImpl is not abstract and does not override abstract method isInvalid(File) in FileSystem

I'm on Windows 11 (Cygwin), I have all package dependencies and includes. I think this is a javac issue with the older libraries not implementing the new changes made in 1.3.1. I'm using JDK 18.0.1.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
