vlc-debian-android-3.0: update to bookworm and use OpenJDK 7

Plus some cleaning to match the 4.0 Docker.

The Android builds with VLC 3.0 were actually using vlc-debian-android but from an older build. This MR gets back to the same state as it was and add OpenJDK 7.
