Generate dav1d.pc instead of libdav1d.pc

Hugo Beauzée-Luyssen requested to merge chouquette/dav1d:pkgconfig into master

AFAIR there was a consensus for dav1d.pc, or rather that prefixing .pc files with "lib" was a bad idea.
