Missing .asc file in 0.7.0 release folder

The source and the sha256sum files are both there. But contrary to 0.6.0, there is no .asc file.

Could it be added please.

@jbk Please check the date and time before commenting as if I hadn't done my verification. I wouldn't have opened an issue had that file been available at the time. I was trying to package dav1d 0.7.0 this morning and the file was not available.

As you can see, the file was added today after I had reported the issue:

Nope: your issue was opened at 8pm CET time, and the file was added at 3pm CET time.

What I know is the file was missing in the morning at the time I was trying to package dav1d 0.7.0 (somewhere around 10 and 11 eastern time), I had a look in the directory and I even compared its content to the content of the previous version (previous version had the .asc file, and that file had the same timestamp as the other two). Now, between that time and the moment I filled the issue in the next few hours (needed an 2FA from my phone that I had left two floors above), the file was uploaded but I didn't think about going over again "just in case" (the file was still missing 5 days after the other two had been uploaded, while on the other hand the files under 0.6.0 had been added all at once) when I went back with my phone to complete my authentication.

In the circumstances, saying something like "Yeah, it was uploaded a bit earlier today." would have been a lot more sympathetic.

That being said, thank you for adding the missing file.
