Add a test for multiple ITU-T T.35 Metadata OBUs in a TD

James Almer requested to merge jamrial/dav1d-test-data:itu_t_t35 into master

Like the existing ITU-T T.35, it's only a md5 check of the decoded data until the CLI can do something with metadata OBUs, but it will nonetheless cover the metadata parsing and potentially find memleaks or undefined behavior.
