Add support for native simulation

Felix Paul Kühne requested to merge fkuehne/VLCKit:addsupportfornativesimulation into 3.0

This way, you can run VLCKit in iOS/tvOS simulators on Macs with Apple Silicon. Refs #448 (closed).
