MediaPlayer: enable private API for SPU styling on macOS and tvOS

Felix Paul Kühne requested to merge fkuehne/VLCKit:spu-change-mac into 3.0

We patch libvlc for this on macOS and tvOS anyway, we just didn't expose this private API.
