Xcode: Created sub-folders in Sources, and cleaned up the Xcode project groups, and sorted all groups and files alphabetically.

It is now much easier to look for files when everything is sorted and grouped nicely. Also this is a step in the direction of creating a universal framework for ALL Apple platforms.
