[iOS] can't play m3u streaming

so, I want to play m3u streaming from http://wmfe.iad.streamguys1.com/wmfe.m3u . I already check this url, this url work on VLC Mobile App (from appstore) and VLC on mac.

The problem when I try to test it on mobilevlckit by using swift example on this repository, I can't play thhis m3u streaming url even thought I already set ATS setting Allow Arbitrary Loads become true, current version of mobilevlckit that I use is 3.4.0 . Am I missing something on setup? Thank you
