Can you add some details to the commit message what exactly is changed here and why? This will make it much easier for me to grasp the change.
When a report is reprocessed, if its signature changes, then it is linked to a different crash.
The report's creation timestamp might fall outside the range [FirstReported...LastReported] of the crash.
Therefore, we update FirstReported and LastReported as needed.
